Obituary for John Alexander

Mr.John Alexander, was born in Salem, Alabama to Oliver and Annie Bell Alexander. He received his education in the public schools systems in Lee County.
Upon completion of school he enlisted into the United States Army, where he served in the Korean Conflict. In 1943, he received a position at Good Year Tire and Rubber Company that he fulfilled until retiring at the age of 65.
He is preceded in death by his wife Lizzie Mae Alexander, daughter Sarah Love and his 11 brothers and sisters.
John leaves to cherish his precious memories his loving and devoted children: Vera Wright, Powder Springs, GA, Emma Melton, Gadsden, AL, Cynthia (Charlie) Caselberry, Duluth, GA and John Alexander (Jr.), Birmingham, AL, Sister Lucille Horn, Gadsden, AL. 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
